As you fill the sink with warm water, take a deep breath.
Add a few pumps of your Sage & Spearmint Dish Wash and swirl gently. Let the scent of spearmint and sage, clear your mind and ground your senses.

With each dish, feel the warm water on your hands and notice the textures. Rinse slowly. Remain mindful.

Directions

Pump dish liquid into running water. Two pumps for a standard load. Move hands vigorously back and fourth through the water, dispersing dish liquid and producing bubbles. 

Storage

Keep in a cool, dark place to preserve the potency of the plant actives.
