Shipping Location

We currently ship Australia-wide from our base in Sydney, New South Wales.

Processing Time

Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 (or free over $150)

• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selected option.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (via Australia Post): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

We use recyclable, compostable or reusable packaging. 

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the postal service. If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, we’ll do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party carriers.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address.
